Agencies that can help people pay bills as a one time within 12 months and the client must be able to demonstrate that they can pay their bills going forward to receive assistance.  Most give a maximum of $500 per household per 12 months.  Will NOT give money to the client but will pay company/vendor directly.

Mass Residents receiving SNAP benefits can use their EBT card to buy food online from Amazon, BJs, Daily Table, Stop & Shop, and Walmart, as well as ALDI, Hannaford, McKinnon's Supermarkets, Price Chopper, Price Rite Marketplace, Stop & Shop and Wegmans via Instacart.   Recipient must pay the cost of delivery using Instacart.

Fruits and vegetables; Meat, poultry, and fish;
Dairy products; Breads and cereals;
Other foods such as snack foods and non-alcoholic beverages; and
Seeds and plants, which produce food for the household to eat.
